21+Product Design & Conceptualization

Products that matter ignite emotion.

It all starts with a goal.

The right people in the room.

And the experience to make your mark.

Creating the first-ever organic label signed by bees.

d'arbo

An artisan product deserves a signature. So for Darbo premium honey we introduced the first organic label signed by the bees themselves using their own beeswax.

We developed special porcelain jars that were delivered to Darbo's beekeepers in Austria. The honey jars were directly placed into the hives, so that the bees could create the organic labels as they crafted the very honey that would go on to fill them.

To strengthen Darbo's position as a market leader in Austria, we turned a simple honey jar into a highly-demanded design piece for both customers and tourists alike.

The gorgeously unique product design received a Cannes Lion for Design and both a Gold and Silver Pencil at the The One Show.

A wine so artful, it makes its own label.

Stina

Stina winery hails from Brač, a unique island famous for two things: Its pure white stone, known locally as stina. And as the birthplace of myriad famous Croatian poets, authors, sculptors and painters.

Inspired by both, we created a pure white label that not only stands out on the shelf, but serves as a blank canvas for creating art from the wine itself. Giving wine lovers an opportunity to express themselves with every pour.

Rejuvenating an old school logo into a lovable premium brand.

Hausbrandt

With roots in the 1960s, the smiling coffee pot of Hausbrandt had become passé over the decades and slipped downmarket as a result.

To reignite the public's passion for the brand's iconic character and coffee, we embraced the fun and whimsy of the logo and made it the centerpiece of an entirely fresh, new packaging strategy.

Clean, smart packaging, featuring metallic gold iconography and descriptions of the coffee inside, introduced consumers to the different flavor profiles. While a literal Hausbrandt coffee pot brought the logo to life in a way that delighted coffee lovers.

The result: a brand raised from obscurity back to its rightful place on the countertops and tables of coffee connoisseurs in 90+ countries around the world.

Ask us. We've probably done it.

Crafting an approachable symphony of flavor.

STOBI Winery

Casual wine drinkers aren't experts in the nuances and flavor profiles of any given wine. Often they buy a bottle that looks good and hope for the best.

To help guide them to a STOBI varietal that fulfills their palate or mood, we matched each flavor to the musical instrument that best represents the experience of every sip.

From the delicate sonata of the violin to the heavy flavor-packed boom of the drum...

All creating a symphony of flavors that wine lovers came to look for again and again.

“There are three responses to a piece of design — Yes, No and WOW!

Wow is the one to aim for.”
